Here are: Nacho Nyak Dun First Nation in Mayo, Champagne and Aishihik First Nations in Haines Junction, Vuntut Gwitchin First Nation in Old Crow, Teslin Tlingit Council in Teslin, Small Salmon-Carmacks First Nation in Carmacks, Selkirk First Nation in Pelly Crossing, Kluane First Nation in Burwash Landing, Ta`an Kwach`an Council in Whitehorse, Tr`ondek Hw`echin First Nation in Dawson City, Carcross Tagish First Nation in Carcross and Kwanlin Dun First Nation in Whitehorse. Of the remaining Yukon First Nations, some are nearing the conclusion of negotiations and are close to resolving some final issues. Signatories to the agreement: federal government, Government of Yukon and individual First Nations (see above). . Total area: 16,000 square miles (41,439.81 square kilometres), including the country allocated to the three unin populated First Nations. . The CYFN currently consists of 9 Yukon First Nations: Champagne and Aishihik First Nations, Teslin Tlingit Council, Nacho Nyak Dun First Nation, Selkirk First Nation, Little Salmon Carmacks First Nation, Tr`ondek Hwech`in First Nation, Ta`an Kwach`an Council, Kluane First Nation, White River First Nation and Carcross/Tagish First Nation. Four other First Nations in the Yukon Territory, Liard First Nation, Kwanlin Dun First Nation, Vuntut Gwichin First Nation and Ross River Dena Council, have chosen to work independently of CYFN. There are three restless First Nations: white River First Nation, liard First Nation and Ross River Dena Council. At the 2004 Annual General Meeting, CYFN welcomed four Gwich`in First Nations from the Mackenzie Delta region to the organization: Tetlit Gwich`in Council, Nihtat Gwich`in Council, Ehdiitat Gwich`in Council and Gwichya Gwich`in Council. . .
